Presales Lead (AI Solutions)
Location: Coimbatore
Work Hours: Flexible; meetings with US teams and customers must be available until 10:30 PM IST
Role Overview
As a Presales Lead at Coventus, you will drive presales efforts across the organization by translating complex client needs into tailored AI solutions that meet regulatory and operational requirements. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals, demos, and strategic narratives that build trust and win deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Discovery
- Lead strategic conversations with CXOs, Operations Heads, and IT leaders.
- Identify business pain points and regulatory constraints across BFSI, healthcare, and insurance sectors.
Solutioning & Proposal Development
- Architect AI-led solutions aligned with industry frameworks (SOC, ISO, HIPAA, etc.).
- Own RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and bid strategies.
Thought Leadership & Enablement
- Develop reusable assets such as case studies, pitch decks, and compliance checklists.
- Mentor junior presales team members and contribute to internal knowledge hubs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, branding, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and support pipeline forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in presales, consulting solutions, or bid management.
- Proven expertise in AI, data platforms, or compliance-driven technology solutions.
- Strong domain knowledge in regulated industries, especially USA-based BFSI, Healthcare, and Insurance.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, proposal writing, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Web technologies, Cloud platforms, and Mobile solutions.
Education
- MBA / MS / MCA / BE / BTech (or equivalent professional degree in business or technology).
