This role leads B2B email marketing strategy, campaign execution, marketing automation, and performance optimization to generate qualified leads, improve engagement, and support pipeline growth.
The role works closely with sales & marketing leadership, and subject matter experts to align campaign strategy with business development priorities and ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Design and manage marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build and maintain automated campaigns for webinars, content downloads, re-engagement, sales-stage nurturing, and customer retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platform integrations, ensuring data accuracy, database hygiene, and seamless lead flow.
- Monitor email deliverability, engagement metrics, and compliance while implementing best practices for inbox placement.
- Conduct A/B testing and personalization initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, meeting bookings, and pipeline contribution.
- Evaluate and implement new automation, AI, and personalization capabilities to improve marketing efficiency and scale.
- Create dashboards and reports to track email engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, meeting bookings, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong expertise in workflow automation, lead scoring, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management tools.
- Proven ability to build and optimize multi-touch nurture programs that generate qualified leads and meetings.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, database management, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC best practices.
- Experience with campaign analytics, attribution reporting, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing webinar, event, and sales enablement nurturing campaigns.
- Experience evaluating AI-driven marketing automation and personalization strategies is a plus.
- Experience marketing B2B technology, software, IT services, automation, or professional services solutions is preferred.
