Senior SEO Expert / SEO Lead
We are seeking a Senior SEO Expert / SEO Lead with 5–8+ years of B2B SEO experience to drive organic growth, search visibility, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and AI-driven SEO practices including AEO and GEO. Experience in SaaS, IT services, AI, or technology industries along with hands-on knowledge of SEO tools, GA4, and Search Console is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end B2B SEO strategies aligned with business goals, pipeline growth, and lead generation targets.
- Lead organic growth initiatives across website traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and inbound lead acquisition.
- Own SEO roadmap covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and enterprise SEO initiatives.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis for B2B audiences.
- Define and implement SEO strategies for service pages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and solution pages.
- Drive topical authority and content clustering strategies to improve search visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Optimize conversion-focused SEO strategies for lead generation and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Monitor and improve website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and SEO analytics tools.
- Develop backlink acquisition and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Create SEO performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights with actionable recommendations.
- Track industry trends, Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences, featured snippets, zero-click searches, and conversational search queries.
- Working knowledge on paid advertising platforms - Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and other third party is an added advantage.
- Ensure SEO compliance across CMS platforms and maintain website health through continuous audits and monitoring.
Required skills:
- 5 - 8+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SEO, organic growth, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Proven experience in driving organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion improvements for B2B websites.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Surfer SEO, and more.
- Strong keyword research and search intent mapping capabilities for enterprise/B2B audiences.
- Experience creating and executing content SEO strategies focused on thought leadership and lead generation.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI search optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, AI, automation, cloud, or technology-focused B2B industries is preferred.
